I didn't even beat ultimate mine yet. can anyone suggest what level i should be and what weapons and stats i should have?

Level 100(which you passed), your oritiagito or whatever is good enough since you got lucky and have it with 100% machines, and your stats are good, maybe you should just get more defense and ata.

Suggested level for Ultimate Dark Falz: 120.
I did it: 70 (71 after the fight)

The equipment depends on class/ID and other characters you have.
Too legit to quit.

How much HP do u need for Dark Falz ?

My lvl 86 HUcast has about 600. Is that enough ?
My Charas: HUcast Lvl 94 "Wudemaster" ORAN
FOmar lvl 40 "Yasu" YELLOWBOZE Tongue

not nearly. you need loads of hp to pass falz, dunno the exact number for ult, though.
