I too haven't given Ethan the ability to use techs. I was under the impression they could only be used as a force character... I was wrong, huh?

Yes! I always use resta, and a little rentis when I'm bored!

XD I mean seriously... you played PSO right... you remember our good friend Resta... why neglect it so? You hurt its feelings... after all its done for you, you neglect it.Resta is MY bitch, not Ethan Waber's. Hehe. As soon as I get Wartecher, Resta and Megid spamming all the way! That and I was playing it as if it was online mode. And thus didn't realise hunters could use techs. *hangs head in shame*

The thing I find extrememly annoying is that they completely screwed up the types compared to offline! If you start offline, then you'd be used to playing with lots of different types of weapons, but online everything is just evil!

Online promotes teamwork in my opinion, and REALLY balances the classes. Online, you'll really notice if you're partying with a hunter, ranger, or force, and they actually contribute to the experience as a whole, rather than Ethan 'Broken' Waber, who can just laugh when his entire party kick the bucket, and swing around his S rank weapons like they were glowsticks.

It begs the question, why are there Moon Atomizers offline? They serve no real use, to me anyway. I just sell 'em. 10 for 25000 Meseta? Certainly. Scapes are good, and seem to have become more common than they were in PSO.

Get it right! ![]() Yes offline is completely broken... but what can I say? It's meant to be a demo of sorts by how it was constructed... and a demo is what it provides. Although once you get a grip with the game it's easy to imagine what online's like.

I know why there are Moon Atomizer X's, at least. Getting your party up that much earlier can really help with S-ranks, as you don't have to worry how many incapacitations you have in offline mode.

What about us poor beggars on the PS2 version that can't get it online? They could have at least given us something a little more to keep us going. I'm slightly regretting paying £30 for this game...
