ok on the last mission on the satillite how do i get to it i have just spoken to the president about they HIVE and listend to all his talk and i don't know where to go please someone help me :S :S

if its where i think it is, you need to go parums west side, opposite the grm shop is the military base. after that, moatoob and then you should be good to go
