i gave you a foool proof way to stop broomop, which would cause his parents to beat him for getting their internet terminated. i posted it on pso-world.com and the post was moved to an admin only forum. they all bitch that hes a threat and needs to be stopped, well im offering a solid way to stop him, take it or leave it, do you want it?

What does ol' mop-fer-brains actually do? Doesn't he just take credit for what others create? He's not so much of a threat on his own... Is he?

Anyway, some jackass will just step up and take his place to be the new "k3w1 h4X0r!"

I just don't understand how this could possibly help. But, I don't know it all. I'm hardly a Broomop encyclopedia! Explain further, maybe.

if you're mentioning it'd get his internet terminated, wouldn't that somehow involve like... stopping his MAC address from connecting to the internet? O_o

I can see two uses to this information.

1) We could get him to hack us, then use this to get his internet terminated.

2) We hack him ourselves.

I personally would go for option two. Quite possible, but it makes no neverminds to me.

or you could just click the report link, and report him for "hacking" or malicious activities or whatever. i know in the united states if an ip is reported for malicious activities or hacking on many many many occassions the isp will terminate the internet and will get authorities involved.

I doubt the UK authorities would do that. It's a much smaller business here compared to the US. They'd only get involved if it were an act of cyber-terrorism, or something big, not some jerk-off hacking a game.

you'd think that if more than 50 people reported it, it would be "cyber-terrorism" my staff fowarded and faxed his isp all information of his activities in the ftp we gave him access to, as well as the packet logs from my pc when he thought he was being sneaky. if this information is leaked, which it wont because every forum that its on it gets moved or edited, it would only be a matter of time before some action is taken. no matter how minimal it is, itd still throw him off. from the way i see it, everyone bitches and maons about broomop ruining the "economy" of pso, and bla bla bla, damaging the game, ruining it for legits, so on and so fourth, so i figured why not give those same people a way to fight back, and pretty much get spat in the face. (not here, but from other boards) ive come to teh conclusion people just need something or someone to blame their own problems on, if the object of blame is eliminated, they cant do so. i usually get the "fuck off snowfox. we dont need your help bla bla bla" like it or not, some people do, some people dont. i finally finished negotiations with microsoft, and started with sega. so far ive got myself unbanned from xbox live and a "thank you" from microsoft, no such luck from sega yet. but you have my assurance, 360 psu, and XBL is now secure as ever. unless a company successfully released an undetected modchip and somehow made it to install a larger harddrive, but until then. youre welcome.
