Anime is just an abbrieviation of 'Japanimation' which comes directly from Japan, therefore if it ain't Japanese, it ain't anime.

XD Yeah, leave. Nah, just kidding. I find it weird that a lot of hentai DVDs I own/have owned teach a lot about Japanese culture before the main feature.
