Challenge Stuff

my fastest c1 time is 8mins with my fonewearl monica. Fastest c2 is like 23 something. Fastest c3 is around 21, fastest c4 is 22, fastest c5 is 24, fastest c6 is like 30-32, fastest c7 is about 35, c8=28, and c9=40 (keep in mind that these arent all on one char, most are on SHE_Devil as she is the best cmode time ive gotten).
PSO is a game of my past but those I came in contact with are still a part of me.

Strength comes not from the size of your muscles, but the depth of your heart, and the cause you're defending with it.

I can't believe thats possible! O well, i'm happy with my standard times!

I think my best time for C1 was around 6-7mins in a super fast TA Mode. I was quite suprised when I seen the result Rolleyes. I'll have to check up on my time later on and post it here.

yeah 6:30 is a good JP time, i could never attain that though as C1 is one of my weaker challenges in TA mode lol.

I was playing with a few JP friends I met on the game and was extremely suprised at the result. Its like the opposite for me, I know C1 off the back of my hand Smile. Most probably my favourite challenge level

i know it very well too but its not a matter of knowing the map, its a matter of the luck of the draw with the "map" in TA. What i mean by "map" is the kind of monsters that show up and how many waves per room, etc. Back when i was expert TAer i could tell a "map" for any C by like the fourth room and i knew when to quit if the map was not a good TA map. Thats how i got such good times. I still love my 22 mins on C4 though...lol thats so good (not to brag but that is literally better than most JP).

Isn't the map based on section ID? I mean by what monsters shows. That's why people say what ID they are, so they can judge which is the better ID to play with. That's what my Japanese friends say at least.

I am wondering, can I just go into a JP place, and they automatically will just let me in, right, or are the servers JP only? for there anyway.

You can go into any ship or game. But if you intended to think seriously about doing c-mode, you need to know some rules.

Most/all of the c-mode games will have a C1 or C4 sort of text in the string. That shows what stage they are doing. Do NOT go into a game that is C9 if you want to do C1. Only go into the game if it's the right level.

If you are a force, don't use any power mats, or def mats on yourself. Instead, drop them at the door to the next room. If you don't know the next door, just say "Power mat" or something and drop it. Someone should come and get it. If not, pick it up again, and drop it in the next room.
The same with a hunter. Don't use tech discs on yourself or monofluids.

There are some other rules, but I don't want to overload you on your first go Smile.
Have a look at the first c-mode guide I've done to get a feel of how to play
