Just saw this. That's actually wrong. If you have hit% of 40, then the increase will be 40% of the original. It'll be 154. Unless it's different on Ver.2.

Native, A.Beast, Machine, and Dark percents each boost that weapon's ATP by the percentage shown, that is, a 1.X multiplier. Hit percent simply gives an amount of ATA equal to the percentage shown. So yes, 110 ATA + 40 Hit = 150 ATA.
