Ok, so I faced kevin a bit earlier then expected, but oh well. None the less we were ready.
This fight was tougher than the first I had vs. Ziona. BY FAR. Luckily I didnt underestimate this fight. Both fight were pretty low lvl for most of it. Much of the killing came during the last 3 min.
However, through all of the fighting and techs, I manage to pull out a win in both the initial and rematch by two kills.
Kevin was a very respectable fighter and I tip my hat to him and hope that we can fight again sometime. I also look foward to several CMode runs, as it willl be fun to go through ep2 challenge again although I already beat the first 3 stages. Kevin, fighting with you was an honor and I hope we can be good friends online.
BTW, if anyone wants the official, its BB 2001/ Kevin -2001

Thanks man, i think i may need it against the elusive Siren. I know nothing about him and lets face it, he beat sticky (even though sticky claims to have been out of practice and hungover lol). Most definitely though kev, youre a good fighter. In our exhibition match i could tell you have potential, it doesnt matter that you lost. Hopefully i have the support of many here though as i really have tried to be a likeable person.

To be honest, its been well over a month since this tournament begun, and this fixture is obviously never gonna happen between me and Ryu, no matter how much i try and meet him. Plus now my Hunters Liscense has expired and i doubt i'll be back online for a while due to lack of funds, and i'm honestly getting fed up! Conclusion:
Match: Lee-yoshi vs. Ryu
Location: N/A
Time: N/A
Results: Match Forfeited by Lee-yoshi
Either Ryu gets jumped ahead to Round 2 by default, or he forfeits, placing Vermin CNC into Round 3...the choice is yours!

dammit yoshi, i know its frustrating but make Ryu forfeit, hes only a substitute anyway and youre the one posting on the thread and actually trying!! He should be the one eliminated cause you would actually fight and try to establish your matchs. Ive heard youre good competition (after i beat Kevin in an exhibition he said "if you can be lee-yoshi the tournament is yours") and honestly i was hoping me or bumble bee would get the chance to fight you.

Lee, if you want me to I can give you my information and use it to battle Ryu, or tell Sol you can't get in cntact with him and he'll lose. You have potential, and if you could beat me, surely you can at least make it to the semi-finals. If you want my info, let me know and I'll let you use it for the battle if you can get in contact with Ryu.

i think you should take Ivans offer yosh, i dont want you eliminated like this. As of already, there have been many unjust progressions (me included) and i definitely dont want you to lose without getting a chance. OH and by unjust i didnt mean the mods were being unfair, i just meant there were progressions without fights (me in the second round for example). So yeah, try because you havent been eliminated yet (i just looked at the brackets), request Ryus elimination because he will definitely hold up the tourny more than you ever would.

I think Sol emailed/PMed people that did not post or seem to be doing anything to arrange a match. If the person did not reply or was not active on the forums, then they were removed from the match because they couldn't be bothered to reply to the admin!
That's what I think happened anyway.
In relation to Lee. If he doesn't think that he will get back online because of the HL, then really, I guess he should forfeit his place if his opponent does go online but just hasn't replied. It's better for the 2nd round to have an opponent/battle, rather than move forward again because of a forfeit. That's how I think anyway. Would you rather have a fight or another forfeit?

lol, well thanks people for the concern, and i thanks Ivan for the offering of your Hunter Liscense many times! But lets be honest here, i wouldn't have done all that well in this tourny anyways, plus Ryu was a friend of Sticky's who has said to me (As i met him not long ago on Japanese Challenge Mode servers!) that Ryu is quite a battle champion! I would have been done over and over again in that battle, especially since Sticky did the same too me last time!! The sole reason for entering this tournament was for a laugh, and since i haven't personally experienced any of those yet this time around, i see no reason to continue!
Also as Decs has just said, what good is an entrant who can't go online anyways? It's the decision of the organisers over what happens next, although i can just say that contacting Ryu can cause problems, he replies, but not that much!
Good luck to whoever remains in the Tournament.
