Correct, you won't find any.

Rare mags are possible with the 4th evolution mags, but many rare can't be obtaining just by feading, you need a mag cell wich unfortunatly only drops online.

Oh, those are exclusive to PSO Blue Burst, mag cell is liberta kit if i remember correctly.

Saint rappy is the replacment for the love rappy in temple during the seasonal event.

No matter what id or difficulty the odds of getting the saint rappy and the rare are the same, after you get the present you need to open and once you do it picks randomly a mag cell for you.
