i think sega can remove them so you at least cant shop dupe. but they cant remove offline but many people might realize tht. but shop dupem is maostly what people do unless you have the action replay, i hear tht dupes too...:eek: :o

they cant remove anyone offline or online because those npc were built into the gameRolleyes

They could remove them, if they implement a patch that loads on start up. Of course, the disc would have to be programmed to look for the patch and alter the memory card so it knows that every time the game is loaded, it has to look for a patch.

This is probably too late now for the GC but it has happened on the Xbox to my knowledge.
