on ep3 is there a dressing room? and is there anyway to get meseta offline?

In ep.3 the only way to unlock the dressing room is to beat both stories(it will appear once), then beat one of them again, and it will be there permantly

And no you can only get meseta online through tournaments

Yes, in episode 1 and 2 it cost about 10,000 meseta. I'm not sure how much it is this time around =\

in ep1+2 get 10000 meseta and it lets you go once, 10000 again for another go. in ep 3 you need to finish both hero and arkz storys then it lets you once, then each time after that you need to kill the final boss in hero or arkz.
