I could see how ppl would use hacked mags, but is there a difference between "hacked" mags and mags that are just really high lvl? How could you really tell?

hacked mags would give them somwhere around 350 or so to every stat, really high level mags are not that versitile, they only improve one stat greatly or all of them mediocerly

yep, unfortunately it is impossible to tell from looks at this part. The hackers got smart and made a 1304 mag out of every kind of mag, so now any mag COULD be legit or hacked...but yeah bud explained the difference pretty well, a 1304 mag has 326 on each stat.

well I've admitted to it before and I am also guilty of using one. On Lionheart from the period of Level 110-123 I was using a hacked mag...for shame...however that's about 1-2 million of my current 30 million exp on him so I guess, in the grand scheme of things, it isn't TOO bad...
