no they don't, but different weapons means different casting animations, FOmar casts very quickly unarmed, for instance (or with Angry Fist).

I think all characters attack at the same rate, and cast spells at the same rate. I think "quickness in combat" means high agility.

no the fomars actually do cast faster than the other classes but they cannot be carrying any weapon or it is normal speed
