Don't you get phone calls, when i had 56k i got disconnected every 30mins...

Everything ran so slowly & laggy that i couldnt stand it. That is why i got ISDN.

Usually you get calls around 5 to 6 o'clock, so if you play at lunch time, then you will hardly ever get phone calls.

Anyway, when im on the internet, i hardly ever get knocked of by phone calls.

Lucky for some, i was knocked off so many times that i just got angry & got rid of 56k

Besides, ISDN is better & cheaper

You know in your internet connection settings there's a dial up code to prevent dcs from when people call. Or in you network settings on PSO just type in *70 and then your number. *70 is what I use. I don't know if it's like a world-wid code.

my house has a seperate line for the internet so i dont have to wrorry about phone calls. and i dont disconect evry 30 mins. i can go ion as long as i want without disconecting Big Grin
