Anyone who has this, how long does it take for a new cow to start producing milk?

As in New-Born cow or newly bought cow?

New-borns get put outside in the tent like area and you have to feed them special milk the female cows give straight away after brith. After that the mother cow will produce milk for approx. 40 days. thats how cows produce milk if it's bought without some already within them! lol

Basically u gotta get them pregnant if they arent givin anymore milk by either using Miracle Potion or by getting them to mate with another male cow. Then itll take a while for the cow to deliver the baby cow and when thats done the mother immediately produces special milk for the baby cow. When the mothers stopped givin this kinda m,ilk then she'll start producing milk graded on how well shes been treated. Lots of special treatment like hugs and regular chats from you and good fodder for food will get you S-Rank milk. Rare but fetches good value at market! Otherwise its A or B.

Samething applies then. If they dont give milk straight away after purchase, then you gotta get 'em pregnant.

Well each day on the game lasts 24mins, and the seasons have 10 days, and there are 4 seasons to a year, and the game lasts 6 years, so its about 100 hours of gameplay.
This harvest moon games sees you, running a farm, but this game you also have to make friends with the villagers, choose a wife (3 to chose from) that you have to woo by giving them pressies. After a year you have to have a kid to look after and depending on your wife and what you do, your kid will grow up and have a job, depending on what you do with the rest of the game will affect his choice of career so you can influence them. There are multiple endings which give it some replay value, also there are little tidbits to find be it cut scenes etc, but don't forget you still have to look after your farm.
It is a really enjoyable game if you can stick with it
