ok like whats the deal with the rati? i got it ya know hopping it would be good.. but nooo it doesn't do half of what its suppose to! its like spose to revive me but it always lets me die a most horrible death in the middle of the level, then it always skips my power up thingy and leaves me hanging. yet the syncro rate is 120% and intellegence is 200... i think it just hates me lol! but is it just a random chance of that stuff happenin or what?

The rare mags usually always give their boosts at lvl 200 IQ. I'm sure it gives you your boost. Maybe it's S&D which you don't notice. I have NEVER been revived by any of my mags. Don't rely on it.
