For all you people who said hacked mags DONT block rares on GC PSO, I think ur wrong. I used a hacked mag before i was enlightened by legitness, and when i started using a legit mag, i started finding rares. Also, i NEVER find rares in games with a 1304 user, but in legit games i usually find at least one...I dunno if its just a coincidence or not, but im preety sure hacked mags block rares.

That's one of the main reasons why back when I had a pair of devil's wing that were hacked I got so fed up that I made my own set of them and from then on have not used hack mags. I now have made Sato, Nidra, and Devil's Wing since I trashed the hack mag.

Not really- infact, it would be a few lines, like:

$rares_per_character = 0;
}

Of course, that's only PHP, but it's be pretty similar.
