Do you need to combine anything to get the Black King Bar? Or can you just find it offline and use it? Thanks.

Monkey King Bar + Blue Black Stone = Black King Bar

The Blue Black Stone can be bought in Gallon's shop with Photondrops online. To acquire the BKB you need to be able to go online.

Yes. It's also one of the best melee weapons that Rangers have access to.

finding a MKB with Skyly offline is hard, Mericol or Mericus what's its name... can only be found once every Jungle run. 1/394 or something... good hunting.

Best way to get MKB is killing DolDolms with Redria on Ultimate.
If you were online u could do West Tower (only till second room) or Phantasm World #3 (till Room 3-4). There you get many DolDolms you can kill easily.
Offline its kinda hard...
