Out of those three...probably the Heaven Punisher. But here's the scoop: this really isn't an opinion poll, it's fact. Some items can be found with only certain Section IDs, and it's not about what we think. In any event,

None of those three, the rarest item in game is either Nei's Claw, Redria Card or Yasha.

Why is Redria card rarer than skyly card, pinkal card etc?

Its just that seeing as though they all have the same stats, i thought they all might be of roughly the same rarity. Dont know the answer? Just ask Dkgamer.

out of those 3 the Heaven Punisher... Lavis Cannon is not a 12 star and is easily pipeable... piping torrs is harder than piping mils.
