Fight Kireek in caves 2 in the quest with the missing hunters. Carry on until you find him in there.
Fight Kireek in caves 1 after completing watefall tears
Go back to ruins 2 after From the depths. Kireek lurks there somewhere.

I think I did everything right once like that too and I couldn't find Kireek. Still not sure why the whole thing didn't work..

Uly, you really give up far too easily (this is Jo incase you hadn't worked that out, btw). Kireek is in that room where you fought both Gizel and Dacci (the possessed HUmar and RAmar, respectively).
If you're still having problems then I'm afraid I didn't explain it too well yesterday...
