I say RAmarl because mixing magic and physical damage can be powerful. usually i would pick RAcast but we are talking who is the best not the favorite.

yes, but the guy clearly stated that he likes RAmars, not that he thinks RAmars are the best. Nonetheless, your argument about RAmar not being the best is still valid - just not very well timed.
