I really had no clue where to post this, so please move this to wherever it needs to go.
I'd like to make some corrections to the "Making a..." Guides.
"Making a HUmar"
"The HUmar,one of the most balanced characters, is useful because of his average MST and Tech abilities backing up what he lacks as a HU. To back up his not so very high attack and defense"
His MST is average, but it certainly won't back him up very well outside Jellen and Zalure (Which will be useless online anyways with a support force/HUnewearlRAmarl). He has the second highest ATP in the game, and a respectable defense, so I'm curious to know where that statistic came up.
"5 DEF
110 POW
80 DEX
5 MIND"
Rediculous stats for any characters mag, except maybe a melee FOnewearl with their low ATP cap and slow ATA growth. Not even a melee FOmar needs that much ATA (Work on that part of the guides later), and HUmar has the second best ATA of the Hunters.
"Making a RAcast"
"DEF - 5
POW - 145
DEX - 50
MIND - 0"
Again, even 50 is too much Dex. Especially for a Ranger class. (My RAcast doesn't count, RoboChao just has weird requirements =p). Other than that it's fairly accurate.
"Making a HUnewearl"
"DEF - 5 / POW - 90 / DEX - 105 / MIND - 0"
Again, severely messed up. HUnewearl has low ATP for Hunter standards, so that should be up. Her ATA growth is fine, she doesn't need more than 40 Dex on her mag. Again, the only problem is the mag.
"Making a FOmar"
Now, having my main character a FOmar really does help ^o^
"Since his MST and TP are the lowest of all Forces..."
FOmarl has lower.
"Def - 5
Pow - 75
Dex - 50
Mind - 70"
The 70 Mind completely gets rid of the melee purpose. You might want to make a mind mag so that he can equip the high level spells, but MST doesn't affect S/D's boost/J/Z's decrease, so the only thing MST will get you is more health from Resta. And being a Force, you'll naturally get a respectable amount of HP from Resta.
Ok, I didn't post this in a forum to fix the guides, since most of this is opinion. Which is to say...
