Nintendo has recently stated (Through Miyamoto that is) that Nintendo will be entering the Online games market, starting with the Nintendo DS, earlier then we all think (A Good Thing!
) so could this mean an online enabled next gen console from start with
N5/Revolution?
If so its one step closer to being the console for Phantasy Star Universe! ^_^

A.I isn't all that dumb in PSO, it is for all of ep.1 and parts of ep.2 but the A.I in ep.2 is far superior to that of ep.1.
I can't wait to hear more about PSU from ST, just thinking about a Massive world with other many other people roaming it at the same time is amazing, that and PSO's awesome battle system will make it the best MMORPG IMO... all they would have to do was add some skills like Crosscut and such from PSIV and the other PS' and it will be a great game.
I'm also stuck at the beginning of the game in PS2, I don't know where the other stick of dynamite is needed to blow up the door in the factory you are supposed to go to.... and PS3 sucked IMO, first PS game I could brealy stand playing.
BTW PSIV is supposed to be released on PS2 along with PS and PS2 in some compilation disc later next year.

The AI seems the same in both episodes. The enemies don;t exacly swerve to the side to dodge an incoming Foie nor do they try sneaking behind you.
NOw that would be fun to battle intelligent enemies

The fact that the DS has Wi-Fi, and you didn't know that there were gonna' be online possibilities.

If you want intelligent enemies, battle other people. I am not kidding, online battles are hard! Even against Legit people!

Yeah but come on people, PSO isnt supposed to be full of MGS/Splintercell stylee moves! Its an RPG, and at that its not even the Zelda style RPG which i enjoy far more! PSO's so called "free battle system" is too restrictive. Problem is, PSO is a stat building RPG and as such it is very hard to be able to design a free battle system for it. This would make it hard for stats like evasion to actually be useful becaus people would say "You can just move outta the way anyway numbnutz!". Think how annoying it would be if you were kept to the same restrictive system and suddenly the enemies were madly all over the place! you wouldn't stand a flippin' chance would ya? No, i reckon they need to take a hint from the "Elderscrolls" series of games, they have the best battle system, 1st person though... thats no bonus because you dont get the morale boost of how cool you look!
