There are NO MAG CELLS FOUND OFFLINE. I hope I have stressed that point enough and you can only see love rappies etc. online anyways so if they did drop it you still could not get it offline.

thats from your point of view... from there point of view, when people are online they get extra money each month. why would they want to give people a reason not to be online?
