I'm on my way to the X Ray visor and I'm hopefully getting echoes for christmas, but I wanted to know what everyone thought of the 2 Primes?

Are you still busy beating Metroid Prime? Nice....wicked game. Beats out many of the other titles for the GameCube as well as the other consoles. I, too, am [hoping] getting Echoes for Christmas, and I cannot wait to play it. As I type this, I'm reading its review @ GameSpot. It looks so cool.
The first Prime was sweet, very creative, challenging, and interesting.

I got it last month for my birthday and let me tell ya is is sweet. And by the way i thought there was thread for metroid already here? :S

glad to see games still have you in their grasp.
I have Prime 2 and it is an excellent game, I now have about 145 missiles, 7 energy tanks, 150 dark/light beam shots, grapple beam, super missiles, dark suit, 3 powerbombs capacity, darkburst beam combo, and I'm about to get the echoes visor which detects sound waves. I also have Prime 1 but everyone knows how GREAT of a game that one is so I don't have to go into detail for it. Item standings for MP2 is 205 missles 12 enegry tanks 250 beam ammo, Light armor all weps 3 sky temple keys all scans cept for the space pirate turred (green shots) and the care taker drone. so close yet, so far.

Weapon stats for me. Max missesls, 10 power bombs, Light suit, 250 light/dark ammo. Basically I have everything and have beaten the game. Hellllllllooooooooo Samus. Worth beating multipal times.

I'm not far in, so I still suck with Echoes. My only complaint is the new beam ammunition, otherwise...WHOOP-ASS!

yeah i think thats kind of stupid
i was at my frineds playing single player, and i got past the part where i saw a twin like form of samus (big whoop huh? ) no clue on what the story line is but im gonna get it and find out with my christmas movie.
