negative %'s on weapons

i found a gultey light with 2 -5%'s is this rare(takked down 10%)

Yeah. That's good. The most a weapons percent can be tekked to is either -15% of the normal percent it had, or +15%...Heh. I tend to Tekk alot with my rare common weapons.

same here if it's a good weapon the you just must get the highest % possible and it's cheap 100 mesta a tec, it's pennys. i hate the -% they are rubbish, hate them bloody negtives.

highest i've ever seen...


as far as real gameplay...

i beleive -15 is the lowest it gets...

Percents in Challenge cannot be negative.

And -5% is the lowest you can get, from tekking a 5% to -10%
