you never find vulcans that are that good, never, that's why checking is paranoid.

Oh, I disagree... I've found a rather decent one. Tekked it up to a Gush Vulcan +5 with 25 hit. My HUcast uses it now. I've found a couple other Vulcans with rather low hit... their specials sucked though. Can't remember if I kept them or not. I just wish I'd known about "percent arguing" when I found my HUmar's Twin Psychogun... it stayed at 5 hit. :ermm:

As for being paranoid: I'm usually paranoid, unless I'm dead sure what an enemy's drop will be (like, El Rappies and their stupid flame/freeze/plasma/psychic barriers). Sometimes if there are boxes behind laser bars, I'll Rafoie the bunch from the other side, then only go in if I see a box rare, or a green box (I always check green boxes). On the other hand, looking around to see if you found an SJS in Normal is slightly extreme.

Whiteninja, for the character that you were using that found the to rayguns, what is the ID, and i have a couple of red barriers now ((i think two or three)), but i was playing maybe 10 minutes ago, and I just found Lavis Cannon with my skyly in ultimate caves, and when i checked a box, i just found a red amplifier in a seabed box so it does help to check. ((the box was in seabed in ult))

I check every box that I see. I seem to go throuigh a lot of money for my mags. I take every ???weapon there is to get more money.

Pfft! money!! I can get it like it was taking candy from a baby. Actually next week, I'll use my HUmar and goto ruins keep doing runs for armour and weapons, make my other chars have 999k messeta hehe. Hopefully during that time I'll get a few rares.

I mostly check the green boxes. Blue and ordinary red boxes don't interest me much. As I'm a Skyly I never ever find mechguns.

Oh yeah. Even every time I pick up an item i click on sort. I'm such a perectionast. Especially when I'm started a new character. That way you become more open to your resources.

Once I get to hard, I'll be checking for that Rappy's Wing (1/128) or a Claw from a Go/Giga/Booma. (400, 300, I think 200 for Giga).

those red slimes are harder to find than hildetorrs. i always split them while doing caves runs, there goes my paranoia again. one time i actually did find one like that but i got cure slow! (pinkal, vh)

You started with a Skyly in the multi game right?

1/21 chance for getting a Lavis Cannon is 4.65%. Take my advuice and never pipe for an Ultimate Pouilly. OIt's not worth it.
