Legits increase???

Over the past 3 weeks, the PSO population of legits has oddly shot from 8% to 18%. Why? we wish we knew. Not saying this is a bad thing, but it is quite odd.
PSONO correspondent, Lewis Norton (GOLDIE), interveiwd Sol, on his thoughts; "Playing the way ST designed the game is more fun, so yeah." Lewis: "Are you surprised at the sudden rise of legitament players?" Sol: "Yes, I am; it usually takes some sort of intervention or authority to stop or prevent poeple from cheating." Lewis: "Do you think ST is stamping more on duppers now?" Sol: "Well, I havent heard of ST cracking down and banning duppers. I can only figure out that people think that the legit is more fun. It may also be the case that I spoke to Ivan about it." Lewis: "Do you think it's easy to go legit? Or do you think it takes some "courage"?" Sol: "I think it has to do with the amount of time people have to play the game. People who enjoy the game could sit there for hours, chatting, playing, and having fun. As to people who dupe, I think they dont have that time, and want to make thier char moe powerfull, faster.
Our newest member, Nolan Schoichet, got some words from PSO players online. Many thought, "There are still 1,000 to many duppers online." or "Good, I dupe for backup.", and also harsh answers like, "Pff, must be a ton of noob increase rather than legitimancy."
PSO expert, Luke, said, "If its true, great; but I really doubt its anything real. Most players probobly still have their cheating chars. I mean, people being duppers becomming legit?..... Don't think it's going to happen."

Most people are woundering why it hasn't gotten as bad as it was predicted to be? Most also wounder if it's just simply taking time?
I interveiwed Carl Hamilton on his thoughts; "I'm actually quite surprised, as it was very feard from the start. I actually haven't heard many talking about it in a while. But it's not good for us to think like this at the moment. The case may simply be many people dont know how to do this at the moment. Or maybe most don't want to. We really don't know...
Some Hacked/ Hex edited items at the moment are...

300 Native "Bringer's Rifle"
"Tsumikiri J-Sword" (But possibly not longer, (Being disscussed in our final folow-up)
- Tsumikiri J-Sword finaly out?

A great weapon, yes, but also not so great.
The Tsumikiri J-Sword, is the most dupped weapon world-wide on PSO. Over 25% more than the 2nd leading dupped; the "Black King Bar". We will keep you posted on this. In the mean time, one of my correspondents, Lewis Norton, has made us a graph. (Posted on the "Attach File" below)
