i can't seem to find a rafoie or a shifta amplifier does anyone know where i can find them?

I've always found them as drops. I found two in the Forest 1.

Try the beach in the contro area of ep 2. People have a lot of luck there.

I'm sorry but I don't remember that.

I know Pinkal finds all Amplifiers.
I remember Purplenum does not find any fire-based Amplifier.
I also remember that Resta Amplifier does not appear in Ultimate, but Rafoie does.

That's all I remember =/
