Let's hope the jury, who according to that article were never presented with any firm evidence related to him killing anyone, made the right decision.

If it turns out he is innocent after he is put to death (that is only a possibility at the moment it seems though), then it would be a difficult thing for them to have to deal with.

I don't believe in execution.

If someone was innocent, and they go to the chair, then that is that. I feel truely dangerous people have to be killed, to protect others, but even though, executing an innocent man/woman is a wrong that can never be righted.

Even if he did do it. There was NO solid evidence. It was all circumstantial. So therefore on that fact alone it goes against all the principles that the U.S. justice system was founded on. Which is to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that he murdered her. So without no solid evidence he shouldn't be put to death.
