ive heard rumors so let me get this straight
1) your level does/doesn't effect your odds of getting a rare
2) your level does/doesn't effect your chance of encountering a rare enemy
3) you can only find certain rares once you hit a certain level
and some other questions
1) if you follow the "beat theory", what is the beat time for a pouilly slime for a skyly in ultimate
2) What are my bests chances of finding Yasha
3)Who can i get Twin Blaze with(section ID, enemy, 1/?????)

3. Wrong, You don't need a certain lvl to find a certain rare.
next three:
1. I don't know, but beat time don't have an effect.
2. Yasha: Skyly- Indi Belra Temple 1/28807. Virida- Melqueek Caves 1/67216
3. Skyly- Morfos Seabed 1/788. Virida can't find Twin Blaze.

1) Apparently, there is no beat time for Pouilly Slime. If there is, I'd like to know that as well!

Are you talking about the Yasha finds there? Well, sorry to say, Skyly and Viridia are the only IDs that find Yasha, my good friend.
Thats why a legit Yasha is so rare!

Twin Blaze has a nice look, I think anyways, so I would go for it. And it has more power than the Stag Cutlery and Twin Brand, and probably others, as well.

the special is useless as it wastes hp for a weak gifoie, and its atp boost isnt much actually, go for the demo comet, meteor cudgel or monkey king bar, they are much better, well i need more pd to get the blue-black stone....6 more!
