Does dupping stop you form finding rare items

idk in the PAST i have had like a lvl 134 hacked and gave hime duped hacked stuff from t the begining and he never found a rare, take into mind this is on psox

Stacking and Hacking will, duping usually does not. This should be a sticky I see this far too often.

Stacking and hacking has not without out a doubt been proved to lower/higher/kill drop rates
