Only YOU can prevent BB hacking!
#1
You won't believe this! From what I've been hearing it seems if you send Game Hack packets or sites to download to GMs they can in turn eventually get that cheat blocked. Hence a packet was sent to a GM 2 hours ago and about half an hour ago I downloaded a Gameguard patch before running BB. This is all I know right now, I will post more if I have details on where you can send them if you don't know how, or if anyone has any more details on this without breaking the rules I'd like to see em.

Found a support form, also you might want to check out the boards because obviously GMs are registered there.

Thankyou Ivan, Clumsyorchid himself told me in a PM how it works, I have got 2 hackers and one tool blocked/banned so far (according to what I have seen sincce the reportings), and I'm proud of it!

Someone sticky this, so we can post evidence here.

USE THE SUPPORT FORMS

Now here is a PM from Clumsyorchid sent to me explaining it a bit further after I reported some hackers and a website.

"Hello,

Just wanted to give a brief reply to your mailing. The Abuse forms are very useful to us, we can pull a lot of information form them. We investigate each claim and work to take proper action. Users have been banned based on reports given to us, but the real goal is to stop the programs causing the problems. Work is done on a regular basis to identify and stop these people and programs.

Websites, such as the one you listed, have been submitted by a large number of people. We are already working to stop the cheats being distributed and the sites that host them.

GMs patrol the lobby in plain clothes as well as the GM robes. Plain clothes, as you would expect, is far more effective in catching players online than the more noticeable GM outfits. There is an effort to step up patrols within lobbies using GM outfits, so you'll likely see us online more Smile.

As for BB, the community response has been incredibly helpful. If users continue to submit forms and send in information about users and/or cheats we can work to stoping the problems on the servers. The real message I want to relay is that we are working hard on the problems daily. You might not see everything that goes on here, but we are always checking and fixing problems on the backend and in the game.

Hope this addresses your concerns.

Thanks"

yes, thatl work, sure Wink how long have my tutorials been out for? to make gameguard catch a deep rooted memory editor it would crash windows, and sega would be inflicting harm on computers, therefor puting themselves at liability for any damage. and seeign as how the bypass was downloaded over 1,200 times. thats a lot of liabilities.

But in downloading the bypass they have aalready broken the contract in which case ST are NOT laible for any damages, and if they are held for it they can counter sue for illigal modification of data under the Computer Misuse Act

"The three levels of offence are:

Level One: Unauthorised access (e.g. someone who breaks into a system to be nosey or just for the hell of it).

Level Two: Unauthorised access with a further intent (e.g. someone who breaks into a network to steal money).
^
This one is what people who try to sue ST under those conditions will meet.

Level Three: Unauthorised access to modify data (e.g. someone who breaks into a network to plant a virus, which corrupts data).
The computer misuse act is not used as much as it should be because many businesses (e.g. financial institutions) do not want to acknowledge that their systems are vulnerable. If it became public knowledge that their systems had been hacked, the bad publicity could affect their share price."

^
That last ones you Snowfox

So anyway... Read your law before you assume things. SEGA and ST will not be liable.

Lol, yes, we could do with someone who knows the law. ^^

GC PSO is a program like any other, so it ought to, imo.
