well if they did ever encounter each other, it would be down to master chief and samus because neo only has powers in the matrix, then judging out of samus and master....it would be samus, all she has to do is drop bombs near him and roll away....would he have full armoury? and would samus?

Well if it's inside the matrix then Neo would win, but if it's outside the matrix then :flips a coin: It's heads. Samus would win against Master Chief, Neo would probaly hide somewhere until he sould get to a ship and use the EMP on Samus shuting down her suit thus declare himself the winner.
