I feel bad about creating an entire thread about this but I have an important, and crucial question to those who play offline, Seeing how I didn't play offline when I had PSO for Xbox, I wann know:

Is Control Center on offline?

CCA is offline, the towers are not (unless you own PSO+)

you get the seaside, jungle, mountain and central control area, so yes to gibbles, gi gue and mericarol. no to merikle, mericus, il gill, del lilies and epsilon.
