1/200 means 0.5%
1/1.000.000 means 0.0001%
you can never get it or you willl get in the 1st encounter, it is up to you, the more you kill the more chances you got to obtain the item

Yay! I just found it. Now that I have the combination I can dodge easier and do more damage making for easy pwnage.

did ultimate ruins, found an invisible guard and a -10/0/-10/-10 imperial pick (i've found worse), the exp was usefull since i am on the final stretch.
edit: also i checked some faqs and i will do normal and hard and vhard runs to find some items.

my imperial pick is way more common and way better then on gamecube.

on gamecube:
ATP: +280-300
ATA: +41

on ver.2
ATP: + 570-620
ATA: +234 (same as equiping a lvl 200 racaseal )

Yep. I got to very hard with my RAcast. Yay! That's where I found my hildebear cane. . . *laugh* Whenever you hit something, it screams like a hildebear.
