On shct they have been relised (I.E can drop) now so in that sense i would say yes.

EDIT: on GC it has been relised, not sure about BB on shct (or any other EP)

/off-topic:

Done shadow temple, didnt get those super cheap things (+90 def) after killing roughly 200 dark knights (great for wep skill tho). Done the lime slime for shade, sealed the seed and as soon as i did i got undine to LV5 (healing side) and salamendo to 5. Went outside and spammed shade to rank3 then flew to gold city and saved at a inn (after resting of course)
