sorry, those mags are only in a ver.2 jp dreamcast quest.
the quest is preety fun since it is overflooded with rappies, and none is to fight agaist, instead they give you some mags.......nice rappies

It depends on which Mag you want. If you are looking for a specific one or any one to that matter, use the Mag feeding charts and lets the good prized Mags roll.

central dome fire swirl also has the mark 3 mag (lvl 0) but again it is only for pso ver.2 (it is an exange for the item "glory in the past")

I hate Version 2 because of all those perks. Why didn't they put it on GC I wonder? I am now going to work on a rare Mag for my ORAN RAcast.
