Go to the webpage Kireek linked to. The formula depends on your section ID. The MAG you get depends on your character class and gender as well.

ALL of the rare mags that can't be made simply by feeding require MAG cells in PSO GCN. There are NO exceptions. All MAG cells come from online holiday quests at Halloween and Christmas time.

My 5/145/50/0 Nidra XD. Doesnt revive but gives invincibility at 100%PB and below 10% . Meh revival is overated, only place I die a lot is Control Tower >.<
