when you start a mag feeding at lvl 5, when you gain your 1st phonton blast, due to low sync and iq the damage will be very low, at lvl 200 with maxed sync and iq it will drasticly do more damage.

the link i gave you you can see that has all the mags, including the rare ones.......so you feed them all.
i don't quite get the idea of the question.
