i would say ult. mode.

The best place to find rares id usualy in ultimate in the ruins. But the ruins i think is where you can find the best in hard and V-hard to.

V.hard and Ult are the best. No question about it.

your char luck does not affact drops i have a char that can go to 100lck i played the forest-mines and dindn't find one red item. then with 26lck i found 4 red items 1 pb 1 addslot and 2 db's sabers in v.hard!
