Link. You've seen the bombs .

Samus will have burnt link's face off before he shoots his little "bombs" (with her plasma gun thingy ^^)

Samus would win the fight, because of vastly superior technology, but I like Link far more.

I will always be loyal to Link. But in a all out fight I'd have to say Samus. Sorry DARKMATTER. Samus now has the Dark, Light, and Annilator(sp?) beams now and they own. The Annilator beam tracks targets. What more can I say?
