alright, I was baptised United (off shoot of Anglican or another religion). I am actually Athiest, though I strongly don't believe a higher being exists, I will not totally trash others beliefs (for the most part ^_~ j/k). Yup, thats about it.

Like wat?(too short)
well for starters my parents had to drag me and my brother to church every sunday morning because i would have wanted to watch tv(what i wanted) than be bored at chuch for 2 hours, now put yourself in their shoes and would you let your kid(s) sit in front of the tv for hours or would you want them to learn about the love of God(what they wanted)?
I'm not religious, and you dont have to let your kid(s) watch tv for hours if you dont want them to, but forcing them to go to church where they probably arent going to pay attention isnt the answer, if they wanted to learn about "the love of god" then they will do so without you forcing them to go to church every sunday and be bored out of their mind

okay, but were are they suposed to hear about it? when i went to church i didn't just sit and listen to my pastor preach, i would go to Sunday school and eventually Confirmation, and it wasn't till i started Confirmation that i started to understand everything i was being taught.
I'm not really any religion. I've been dragged to Church, but i just can't grasp the thought that whatever made us wanted us to suffer until we died.
first question what denomination are you Zeffie? and to answer your one question, humanity brought suffering and death upon itself when Adam and Eve ate the apple that God had told them not to eat, they had comitted the first sin and that's why we suffer and die, but he doesn't want us to that's why he sent his one and only son to die on the cross for us and God also made Heaven(a place for people who beleive in God) for us to go after we die and to live forever in peace with him.(what i beleive)
ok. first that's some tough love, second they don't go to church unless my grandma makes them but they expect me to go at least once a month, second baptism isn't really about "god's" love it's more of acepting him and giving respect where it's do.
accually Baptism is when the Holy Spirit comes into you and you become a member of God's family.
Simply an Atheist.
