It would make the range of your S/D twice that of level 30 S/D, if that's what you mean. It wouldn't boost the power of your S/D.
I also kinda find it hard to believe that a Level 61 FOnewearl could equip a Madam's Umbrella. Or are you talking hypothetically?
yea, if I used my RAmar's Sato (300 ATP), I would need 100 more. Because when you use a Merge it affects damage but has the "range" description.
The Shifta and Deband Merges don't increase the effect of them, only the range, same with character boosts and weapon boosts.
I decided to play KOH today for Canabins but I realized I had it beaten, so I beat the few remaining quests (and got a God Hand from SoB, with 20% hit).
Isn't it funny how Oswald tends to make weapons with hit? Heheh. He made my HUmar's God Hand with 10 hit, my HUcast's God Hand with 30 hit, and a certain Storm Cutter with 45 hit, which later became my Rainbow Baton. So Oswald is officially cool.
