Blue mineral, caves 3. very end of the lvl basically. On ultimate in soul of a blacksmith u can also make god hand or the crozier.
God hand good for melee, cant do range (which i already have)
Supressed gun good for range. crap at melee.
Caves 3 is where the Blue is, and you can get God Hand, if you can use it get it, everyone says it's better, and if you need a good Handgun get Red Handgun.

Also, to be able to pick up the Blue Material, you need to kill all the monsters in Forest.

really? i got two, one gave me 0,10,0,0,20 and the other gave me 0,45,0,0,40. looks like they have good % to me
Heres a slightly off topic question but er whats the highest hit % you can get the highest i have is 35%on my yasminkov 9000m but can you get higher?
you can probably get 100, its just really rare!!

meh, I did a caves run a few days ago. 44 pwnages of Dal Ra Le and still no Holy Ray.........I suppose I still have another 11, but I'm losing hope. By my original Twin Brand hunt (1/8 Barba Ray Skyly, I had to do it 20 times) Equinox will be level 150 (139)by the time I'm done with this. Mines aren't even hard, I just 500+ Rafoie spam....
I just finished a ult caves run with my cuz's hacked lvl200 char and she got pwned by DalraLie and even more so in mines so i wonder if theres a lesson in there somewhere.....
