Ok. Look. I think piping is legit. But, I think it sucks because you are not exerting as much efort as a person who is cryin their eyes out cuz they did the ultimate forest 58 times and didn't find a single rare creature.(But I found like 10 DISKA OF BRAVEMAN) :'(

i used to do it, although i always saw it as a form of cheating in my own weird and wonderful little world, i decided to stop and do runs instead, seems to work, and you have the chance of finding rares from other enemies too, and you actually get some experience
Well, thanks to BB there is no piping for anyone! And you know, your not putting yourself at an advantage by doing it, considering how widely suggested and accepted it is even among official sources it's others who put themselves at horrible disadvantages by not doing it.

. I don't pipe too often, it is very rare for me to pipe (and play
). Besides, it's actually quite boring, annoying and somewhat sorrowful to sit infront of your tv and keep casting Ryuker for a few hours. I usually lose patients and kill something in anger (ingame of course).
I think that it is legitimate, because you're not breaking the rules or altering the code.
However, it is power-gaming - that is, playing the game as a game and exploiting it. However, hunting for rares normally is also power-gaming, so who am I to judge?
I sometimes pipe, but it has never worked for me.

thats fine by me, i accept the fact that i'm putting myself at a disadvantage, makes the game harder and more fun
