What is the last trap on the customize list for androids and how can you use it?

As Europe is unlikely (at best) to ever receive PSO Plus for the Gamecube, I'm considering importing a USA copy.

My questions are as follows:

I know I will need a new memory card and I will have to create new characters. Can I still use a European Memory Card to do so or must I import a USA one?

Will I need to purchase a USA Hunters Licence to go online with PSO Plus or can I use my existing European one?

Are there any issues with using Freeloader/AR/whatever it's called to play PSO Plus on a European Gamecube?

Did Australia ever get PSO Plus

I recently opened an Xmas Pressie and found a Heart of Devil. After much celebration I had it used on my RAcasts MAG. Perhaps I should have realised something was wrong when I had to ask my wifes RAmarl to use the Heart on my MAG. Perhaps I should have looked up the MAG Cell on a website.

The end result is that I have to build a new MAG for my RAcast, but my HUmar has a very fetching pair of Devils Wings!

Think I'll go slap my forehead a few times!

Mage: 35 (Anyone got a scroll of fire blast?)
Rogue: 25 (Accidently lost an iron crossbow to alter -_-)
Warrior: 22 (Noob warrior, pure strength, trying to get to Full plate )

And on Diez (All the above characters are on Cypher) I have a 26 priest, took me about 5 hours to get up 25 levels! Man i'm good.

I've been playing a bit of cmode lately, and I have a few general questions:

Good map/bad map: I hear people talking about these... how do you know what's a "good map" and a "bad map?" And what's so good about a "good map?" I've read some guides here and on PSOW but I haven't found a clear explanation on this yet.

Clear times/TA times: I don't see the purposes of these... originally I thought TA times were the required times for S-Rank, but apparently this is not so; I added up the times in PSOW's clear time list and it came to just under 7 hours. So what are the TA times for?

Clearing and re-clearing: I've already seen that you can re-do a stage and save your original time. But what about c9? Do you only have one shot at c9? What if I need to play c9 just do learn the maps and puzzles... do I just purposely die at the end? Are there teams willing to do this? :S

As you play through the offline quests, you encounter people from the group called WEAPONS. Can you ever meet their leader? Can you get any rare weapons from doing so?

Are any of you fans of CS Lewis? If you haven't I would suggest reading his space trilogy which consists of "Out of the Silent Planet", "Perelandra", and "That Hideous Strength". These are my absolute favorite books.

Who is your favorite character of PSO1&2? Mine would either be Kireek or Eleanor... I can't decide because they are both so cool! Kireek is mysterious and has an awesome weapon, but Eleanor is cute and spontaneous.
