Most of my charaters ornt in ult. yet and all the drop charts are for ult only.... will we EVER get non-ult dropcharts?

ok, so earlier today I was glancing through the pso-world.com forums, when this poster said she had a lot of pics on these super rare MAGs.
I looked at them, i thought most of them looked weird, until I saw the ones towards the bottom.
Davil's Tail.
Panzer's Tail.
Angel's Wings.
Devil's Wings.
and the Elenor mags and the console mags made me want to drool.
As I was looking at these MAGs, I was thinking, how cool would it be to get one of them?
I am by no means a MAG expert, in fact im a bit of a MAG retard, but I still would really like one of those mags.
Could anyone help me out on how to even maybe get one of those MAGs?

question for all you hunters out there:
yes, im not only a forums newbie, but im also a bit of a PSO newbie (highest char is level 40) and im looking for some help with a hunter im going to make.
I play offline co-op with 2 of my other friends, and seeing how we have just OK ideas for our 3 characters (RAcast Purplenum, HUcast Blueful, and FOnewm Pinkal) we are going to make some new characters for more drops, and to play a new class.
I'm going to be a hunter, after 40 levels of RAcast.
I want to be a class that gains ATP quickly, but I also want to be able to use Shifta and Deband for when im soloing by myself.
So, what im asking is, I really want to be a HUmar, but are the stat differences between it and a HUcast really big?
(i.e. is there a massive ATP difference? My friend has a spare DB's Saber he said I could have once I get the required ATP, and I'd like to use it as soon as I can, but will I have to wait a lot longer to use it if I'm a HUmar, as opposed to a HUcast?)
Also, if I want to use techs, should I just be a HUneweral?
I'm just asking as I don't know a lot about hunters, and any input you can give would be a tremendous help.

ugg, not again. ive been thu this already 6 times. well if you dont know what im talking about... i have ingrown toenails(both big toes)for about 6 years constantly. i have atleast 6 surgerys on them both. but they keep on comeing back:'( my first 5 surgerys where getting 3 shots in the knuckle of each big toe then cutting the edges from the side, i was awake the whole time. then i went to laser surgery last year and that hurt like a mofo. what they did then is take a laser(i thought they only existed in 007 movies ) and pretty much fry the side of my toenail off. and now they are back again :S this ttime ive had it im going to go get my big toenails permently removed, the thing is im scared like nothing else. just i dont want to be DENNIS THE NO TOENAIL FREEK Xtra Xtra! you know like how is my gf going to feel about it and all that crap. sorry im just scared like a little girl(no gender dicrimination ment thats the only way i could decribe it tho) i dont know im just SOOOOOOOOO confused

I've got to dark falz on normal mode with my lvl 28 FOnewm, hes got every tech except megid and grants, I asked my cousin how to kill falz and he said megid (if thats the one thats not instant death) but I've never seen a disk yet! How can I kill Falz without it, I really want to get to hard mode! Note taht I've tried to kill him twice and failed miserably. :'(
