Ok RE:5 comes out tomorrow state side, anyone picking it up. What do you guys think about it, this is the first (major) RE game to have off-line multiplayer. What do you guys think about the racial controversy that comes with the game? I myself isn't bothered by it and don't see anything wrong with the game. Some people can be overly sensitive about it.

I'm not bothered by the racial controversy surrounding this game, I think all that has been blown way out of proportion tbh.
Love playing the demo, although controls are abit clunky. Co Op mode is excellent, I really can't wait to be able to play through this game.

Absolutely hate it. I wish they'd go back to the old RE style instead of this REfurbished 4 crap.

If I don't know what lies beyond
Desire is now the one in control
Am I strong enough to not ever know just what I'd find?
Should I press on?

It's surprisingly pretty decent.
It's nowhere near as good (atmosphere-wise) as 4, but it's solid nonetheless. 8.5/10, easily. I'm about 2 hours in and so far been enjoying it. Sheva hasn't annoyed me as much as I thought she would, so that's a plus.
That said, it literally is JUST 4 with a new story and co-op, but that's no bad thing.

It's a really awesome game, its enjoyable to play and anything expanding on the resident evil story is a big plus for me. I do miss the old ones though, my favourite of the entire series still remains the remake of number 1.
Apologies to my fellow ragol.co.uk Teammates, i'm sorry for leaving you leaderless, and even more so for not getting back. but i wish you the best of luck in my absence! i miss you all!

Since about 11:30am yesterday I've been playing RE:5 with a friend of mine. The gameplay is exactly like RE:4, but the item menu is reduced to 9 slots and it gets no bigger. Thus forcing you to rely on your partner who has the same amount of item slots. The item merchant from 4 is gone replaced by a cold item menu which I like. *Spoiler Warning*This is the first RE game that you can fight Albert Wesker(he's tough as hell). I think this game is really good, you should defiantly check this game out. I give it a 9/10
