WHAT?!?!!? I dont even know what 0bers is!!! And yes I DO know what EV's are. In fact, in red and blue, some guy that made the game tweaked the EVs in it so if you go to a certain guy, (I've done this before) and press start as soon as he see's you, fly to another place, and verse someone else, then fly back to lavender town, and walk left you can verse mew or anyone else in the wild out of nowhere. Also, in ruby and saphire, EVs have some stuff to do with eggs. In fact, ever hear of Marrash Island? (Marrash being a imagenare image/hulusination. I just cant spell.) Anyway, when getting eggs, depending on the EVs of the egg depends wheather or not its a marrash pokemon. If you have one you can access marrash island. You just gotta talk to this guy and he says that he can see it today. Its an island with all wild wynuts and trees with a berry called, "black berry".
Ane I have NEVER EVER used anything like gameshark, gamegenie, or "ober", or ANYTHING else like that. I SWEAR. It just took a while to get 7 level 100 pokemon.
